Self Defense Classes Indiana and Illinois

The self defense training outlined below is designed to train your mind when you are in flight or fight response mode.  I will give you situations and we will train your mind how to react to those situations without having to think about the response. 

This is not a self-defense class; these are counter measures to use when you are in the grip of an assailant. 

Class Schedule:
5 day class
  • One day a week for 5 weeks
  • One hour per day
